Champions League Ranking: Favorites and Upcoming Matches

The Champions League has been underway for several matchdays, and we can finally get a sense of the favorites, or at least of those teams showing solid and consistent performances.
Several “underdogs” are emerging as serious contenders for the final victory, thanks to well-structured play and excellent physical condition, while some of the major favorites have already made enough mistakes to cast doubt on their path to the trophy.

Among the big surprises of the first half of the group stage are Real Madrid and PSG. Real Madrid has collected 2 wins and 2 losses, including a painful 3-1 against Milan, while PSG has so far achieved only 1 win, 2 losses, and a draw. Liverpool’s performance has been outstanding (the only team with only victories so far), as has Inter’s, which has shown greater consistency compared to the other Italian teams in the Champions League.
