Regular seating in pairs:

When purchasing tickets, you are guaranteed to get seats in pairs, which means two seats together.

Seating 3 together or more:

If you require 3 or more tickets, we will make every effort to seat you together. However, we cannot guarantee it. To ensure seating together, please check availability with our customer service team by sending an email to sales@mytopticket.com. In most cases, we will try to accommodate your specific request or offer an alternative solution.

Single tickets

We sometimes offer tickets specifically categorised as "Single." These tickets are usually cheaper, but they are individual tickets and not part of a pair. If you buy two "Single" tickets, please note that they will not be adjacent seats.

Group seating

For groups of six, eight or more, please check availability and pricing for group seating with our customer service team by email. While we mainly secure seating in pairs, we will do our best to accommodate larger groups.

Credit and debit cards

American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are mytopticket.com welcome credit and debit cards as default payment method.

We partner up with PayPal as our checkout system ensuring the strictest clearing standards for web services and online transactions. In case our system detects a potential fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the order and proceed with further investigation. Moreover, our Sales Team may contact you to obtain additional information or documentation to finalize the order.

We guarantee that all tickets sold on this website are 100% legit and authentic and will be delivered to you on time. The available delivery options vary according to the Event Organizer's policy.

For events with a single delivery option, you will receive a brief description and any applicable delivery fee (if applicable) during the first step of the checkout process, along with a summary of your purchase. If there are multiple delivery options for your selected event, we will provide you with detailed information about each option and its respective fees during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the one that suits you best. Please note that the delivery fee, applicable only to paper tickets or season cards, will be charged per event, not per order.

E-tickets

Your e-tickets will be uploaded to your MyTopTicket profile either in the week of the event or when they are released by the Event Organizer.
You will receive an email notifying you that your tickets are ready for download. To access your e-tickets, log in to your profile, go to "My Orders," click on the relevant order number, and download the tickets by clicking on "Order Attachments."

In most cases, you will need to print out these e-tickets on paper to gain entry to the event venue, so we recommend doing so. In certain countries (e.g., Italy), the tickets might be printed with the name and surname of the ticket purchaser, but there's no need to worry. Along with the original tickets, you will receive transfer tickets that contain the name and surname of the person attending the event.

Don't forget to print all the documents you receive to ensure a smooth experience at the event!

Mobile tickets

Mobile tickets are designed to be used on a smartphone app, and each smartphone can hold generally only 1 ticket. All the necessary instructions will be delivered to you via email.

Please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address used for accessing the app, as in some instances, tickets might be directly transferred within the app using an email. Alternatively, you will receive a file or link that should be opened directly on your smartphone.

Once the ticket is ready within the app, a barcode will be displayed. This barcode must be scanned at the venue gates using your smartphone to gain entry. It's important to note that the barcode activation may occur only a few hours before the event's start, and in some cases, only when the smartphone is in proximity to the venue gates, depending on the technology in use.

Paper tickets

Hotel delivery:

Tickets will be delivered directly to your hotel. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide the following information when placing your order:

  • Hotel name and address
  • Lead booking name and check-in date
  • Booking confirmation number (if available)
  • Telephone number for emergencies

It is essential that the lead booking name is accurate to guarantee timely delivery. In most cases, tickets will be left at the hotel on the night before the event to avoid any potential traffic-related issues.

What if I do not have hotel details yet?

If you don't have your hotel details at the time of booking, you can still place your order and submit the hotel information at a later stage. However, for proper delivery, this information must be provided at least two weeks before the event.

Please note the following important points:

  • Inform your hotel in advance that you are expecting an envelope delivery and ensure they are willing to receive and sign for it.
  • Our sales team needs to know the name under which the room has been booked to facilitate the delivery process.
  • For security reasons, avoid mentioning that the envelope contains tickets to prevent potential theft.
Collection point:

If you don't provide a hotel booking, we can arrange for ticket collection at the event venue or a nearby location approximately two hours before the event starts. Detailed pick-up instructions will be sent via email, along with the itinerary to reach the collection point.

Member cards or season cards

Physical cards:

For certain events, we may also provide physical member cards or season cards. These cards can be used for future events, so we kindly request that they be returned after the current event. To ensure timely delivery, please provide the following information when placing your order:

  • Hotel name and address
  • Lead booking name and check-in date
  • Booking confirmation number (if available)
  • Telephone number for emergencies

As with paper tickets, it is crucial to provide the correct lead booking name to ensure on-time delivery. In most cases, member/season cards will be left at the hotel the night before the event to avoid any logistical issues.

After the event, it is essential to return the member/season cards as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery address, clients will receive instructions on how to return the cards to the hotel reception or how to send them back using a provided return envelope. Full instructions will be included with the cards or sent upon order placement, detailing the appropriate steps to take after the event.

Mobile cards:

In certain cases, you may receive electronic mobile-issued season cards accessible via a smartphone. To access the tickets, you will receive a link via email. This link will grant you access to the electronic season card, which is temporarily valid only for the event you have purchased. The link will redirect to a specific app or Apple/Google Wallet to access the tickets. The cards will activate when you are in proximity to the venue gates and a few hours before the event starts.

It is crucial to delete these season cards from your wallet or app immediately after the event as they remain valid for upcoming future games as well.

Please be aware that in case the cards are lost, taken home as souvenirs, or not deleted from the smartphone, and cannot, therefore, be returned, an additional cost for card replacement or the market value of the matches uploaded and valid on the cards will be applied.
